- Start from the outer corner of the eye to the inner corner, glide from one end to the other. Create your desired thickness. Repeat for a more intense line or if you want a thicker line.
- Apply your eyeshadow or any eyelid makeup first. Tattooed is the best eyeliner that has some serious staying power. The only way to remove is by you.

This is one of those eyeliners that you bye and decided oh my gosh I can use this so many different ways for so many different occasions! I am absolutely delighted to have this. The tattooed eyeliner is what it says. It does not come off with water I do have to use my make up remover which I love because I do not like my eyeliner smearing at all! I’m so thankful I found this eyeliner, I will refer this to my family and friends and also purchase again!

It’s my favorite new eyeliner
I usually use the jet black but decided to give brown a try. It stays just as well, but you may need to apply two or more layers to build up the color.
Best eyeliner ever! Goes on smooth, easy to use, and doesn't budge all day yet easily comes clean with face wash or micellar water.
I absolutely love this eyeliner!! The color is perfect and glides on with ease and stays on. Left off a star, as opened the new eyeliner and it felt dried up after about a week and a half. This has never happened before and I hope it was a fluke. Too expensive to be drying up that fast.
I would normally give a 5 because I love this product, but the first one I opened was pretty dry already. I had a dry one in my last batch too. I’m hoping the others are okay because I don’t want to have to find a new favorite.
I have been using this for a few years and absolutely love it. Easy to apply with a smooth felt tip. Stays all day. The pen it self last a very long time. I have never had any other eye liner last as long as this with amazing coverage.

I love the eye liner. It stays on and it's very easy to use.
I ordered the green and the plum. I have bought the plum and a blue before, love them, however, the green just doesn't want to glide on. I can barely get it on one eye, then none on the other. I've stood the tube up hoping it would get better, it hasn't. I guess it's just something about the green color. Others are great!!
I have used Skone eyeliner for a few years now after I searched for one that would go on easily, stay on all day, and yet be easy to remove at night. Skone fits the bill in all those areas. I would not think of switching. And -- it lasts longer than other brands.

I hate to leave reviews on products I really love, but when I opened up the eyeliner for first use the liner was almost completely dried out. I contacted cs and their response was to return for replacement but also mentioned if product seemed to be used I would not get a replacement and or refund. I am a very honest person and with that response it made me feel as if I wasn’t trusted on my word. I will no longer be a skone customer.
I have bought this eyeliner many times and for aome reaon this time it is very dry. Feels like there is no.product in the eyeliner.
