Shipping policy

We ship using USPS with the additional package tracking, which will give you the most up-to-date delivery information. To track your order, simply use the tracking number that has been provided in your shipping notification email.  All orders are usually shipped same day and are delivered within 2-4 business days.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, we will accept returns within 60 days of the sale date and issue a full refund of the amount paid or replace the product. Once a product has been replaced, the order is now final. No additional exchanges or refunds will be issued. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping fees and we suggest return via trackable common carrier.

To Initiate a Return - Email our customer care team at info@skonecosmetics.com and include your order number and reason for returning. Please return your item in a bubble mailer envelope to:
