How to Use:

This is my favorite eyebrow product. The customer service I received for the purchase and subscription setup was excellent. The package also arrived on time. The only issue is that the pencil seems to have been cracked inside and it comes out or dips when I apply it. Everything else is perfect. I love the quality of this product.

The brow pencil and color itself is great, I’ve been using it for many years. However the applicator itself kinda sucks. Each one I’ve purchased, it always ends up malfunctioning. I’ll go to twist to make the brow pencil pop up, and nothing will come up (even though I have a brand new one that is full of brow pencil). This has happened twice before, and it’s definitely frustrating not getting the full use of my eyebrow pencil.
I’ve been using this brown wand from a few years now since I first tried it out on my Ipsy bag and I love it! I ain’t changing this brow pencil ever!

Both are chocolate color but the wand is a bit darker. the wand width covering the brows is thinner than the pen and great for thinning eyebrows in my opinion. Hope this helps.
